George and Anne Terwiel own and run Tree Line Studios and Lone Wolf Gallery at Sun Peaks. They also teach skiing as level 3 ski instructors and are level 2 ski coaches. They both have ski tested for Ski Canada Magazine for more than a decade. They are active in the Masters Ski Racing program at Sun Peaks. George is also a mountain bike coach and racer. Anne is a professor of Marketing and Tourism at Thompson Rivers University.
George and Anne run their businesses from the perspective of local residents. Their daughter Elli, now on the Canadian National Ski Team, started racing at the Sun Peaks Alpine Club and their son Justin is a very successful ski coach with the Sun Peaks Alpine Club as well as a coach for downhill mountain biking. He races pro on the BC Cup Downhill Mountain bike circuit.
From their mountain lifestyle they appreciate the beauty of nature and this lead to their love of art.
